The Simple Yoga Life came from my experiences.  All my experiences have led me on my journey in life to the place where I'm at now, the present.  Like wildflowers growing along my path, I've picked a bouquet of values such as wisdom, kindness, intuition, compassion, love, forgiveness, openness, integrity, courage, making a difference, freedom, happiness, peace...my basket is abundant.
